The mele HAKALAMA has all the consonant-syllable phonemes found in the Hawaiian language and is a great literacy tool to help Keiki read ʻŌlelo Hawaiʻi as soon as preschool. It is also great to practice if you are learning Hawaiian language, as it covers all the different sounds that make up all Hawaiian words.
